Returns and Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy: Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! All of our clothing products have a 15-day return/exchange privilege. We try to describe and image our items as accurately as possible, but because of the limitations of the internet we understand that it is difficult for you to determine the nature and size of our items. WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR COWBOY PAJAMAS PURCHASE! You may return and/or exchange the item or items for any reason (as long as the item has not been worn, materially changed or modified). We will refund your payment minus shipping charges. And, we will exchange your item or items but you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Exchange and Returns form

Orders that are shipped are eligible for return if they are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered, have the original tags still attached and folded properly. Also, they must be returned back to Cowboy Pajamas within 15 days of the receipt
